DAIICT MSc. IT Exam 2025
MSc IT is a 2-year postgraduate program designed to provide in-depth knowledge of information technology, computer science principles, and software development. The course focuses on advanced IT concepts and prepares students for technical roles in IT industries or further research.

Total number of questions 60 and exam duration is 90 minutes. Correct answer will be awarded 4 marks and wrong answer has negative mark of -1.
Exam Syllabus:
Mathematics (10+2 standard): Mathematics (10+2 standard): Algebra – Fundamental operations in Algebra, Expansion, factorization, simultaneous linear/quadratic equations, logarithms, arithmetic, geometric and harmonic progressions, binomial theorem; Basic Discrete Mathematics – Functions, Sets and Relations; Permutations and combinations, Mathematical Induction, and Basic Probability; Calculus – Limits, Differentiation, and simple examples of maxima and minima.
Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning: Questions drawn from Mathematics upto 10th standard and logical reasoning.
C Programming: Basic Data Types, Language Control Structures, Arrays, Functions, Pointers, Dynamic Allocation of Memory, Structs, Recursion, Parameter passing and Scope.
English comprehension: English Comprehension refers to a section that tests your ability to read, understand, and answer questions based on a given passage written in English. Also includes grammar questions test your understanding of correct sentence structure, usage, and rules of English.
