Cyber Security and Digital Forensics provide learners with essential expert technical knowledge, competence, and research skills of the most important technical concepts of cybersecurity.

M.Sc. Cyber Security deals with cyber laws and security. Students learn about communication networks along with ethical issues in cyber security.

B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Engineering (CE) / Technology OR Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) OR Information Technology (IT) OR Information and Communication Technology (ICT) OR Electronics and Communication (EC) OR B.Sc. (Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science (CS)/Electronics) OR Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) OR equivalent qualification from recognized University with minimum 55% (50 % in case of SC / ST / PWD Candidates) at the qualifying examinationPart 1. 60 % would include Networking, Operating System, Data Structure, Assembly Language, Programming Concepts (C, C++, Java, .Net, Python etc.), Database Management System, Internet Technology, Digital Electronics, Web Development, Technology, Emerging Trends and Technology, Software Engineering, System Analysis and Design, Computer Organization and Architecture, Digital Logic Design, System Design, Theory of Computation.  

Part 2. 40% would include Reasoning, English Grammar, General Knowledge and General Awareness.

M.Sc. Digital Forensics and Information Security

M.Sc. Digital Forensics & Information Security is 2 years program. There is a requirement for security experts who can ensure resources and data.

Digital Forensics includes the identification, collection, analysis and reporting any valuable digital information in the digital devices related to the computer crimes.
